All goods remain the property of KiKi's House Candles & Melts until payment is received in full, in accordance with our payment policy. We accept payment via Square online, and all orders must be paid for before dispatch to ensure timely product delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque, and please note our policies regarding cancellations and returns for your convenience.

Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (subject to amendments), you have the right to cancel the contract for your goods at any time up to 7 working days after product delivery. To initiate cancellations and returns, simply contact us using the Contact Us option. To be eligible for a refund according to our payment policy, the goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition. You are responsible for the cancelled goods and the postage costs until we receive them. Refunds for the cancelled goods will be processed as soon as practicable, but no later than 30 days after we receive them.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. However, during peak times, such as December, it may be wise to inquire about the delivery date at the time of placing your order to avoid any issues with cancellations and returns. If you require a Premier delivery service, please ask for a quote before placing any orders. Additionally, please review our payment policy for further details.

All of our products are made by hand in Ipswich, Suffolk U.K. The pictures used to display our products are taken at the time of them being made, and you may find that some products look slightly different in appearance. However, we ensure that the quality of our products is always of the highest standard. Please take note of our payment policy for smooth transactions, as well as our guidelines for cancellations and returns to ensure complete satisfaction. Your product delivery is also a priority for us, and we strive to deliver your orders promptly.
