Shipping policy

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Each order is prepared with care. We aim to dispatch orders within 7–10 days of purchase, often sooner. Orders are sent out on Wednesdays and Saturdays once they are ready.

During our busiest months, particularly November and December, preparing orders may take longer. If we expect your order to take longer than the usual dispatch window, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.

UK standard delivery costs £4.99, or is free on orders of £50 or more. UK express delivery costs £6.99. Standard delivery to Ireland costs £14.99. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier. Express delivery speeds up the journey after dispatch; it does not shorten the time needed to prepare your order. Unless we agree otherwise with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

All KiKi’s House candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches and decorated individually. We aim to make each one as close as possible to the product image, but slight differences in colour, layers, toppings, and decoration are part of their handmade character. The fragrance, quantity, and other key details will be as described on the product page. If an item arrives significantly different from its description, please contact us so we can put it right.
